Erected by John Magowan in memory of his father, James Magowan died April 18 1867 aged 49 years. Also his mother Sarah Magowan who died in the USA. Also of his wife Charlotte Magowan who died July 11th 1873 aged 30 years. Also two sons who died in infancy. Also his son William John who died November 26th 1894 aged 27 years.
